摘要 关键词: ABSTRACT Welding is one of the key technologies in the manufacture of railway vehicles. It has been widely used in the production of the car-body, bogie and other core components. At present, The subway in our country has the tendency of using laser welding instead of spot welding, in the process of laser welding, the welding structure inevitably produce welding residual stress and deformation.Welding residual stress and deformation seriously influence the structural reliability and safety of the subway service. How to predict the welding residual stress and deformation is an urgent need to solve the problem.Based on thin plate welding structure of common car body side wall, the paper uses finite element software ABAQUS, which is used to numerically simulate .Analyze the welding residual stress and deformation distribution and the change rule,so as to provide scientific basis for optimizing the welding process and learning welding principle further. The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly, understand the use of laser welding at home and abroad on the car body and the status quo of the numerical simulation of welding residual stress and deformation, analyze welding residual stress and change the reason for welding residual stress and distortion. Studying the basic theoryof the welding residual stress and deformation simulation , welding thermal elastic-plastic finite element theory and the inherent strain theory. Secondly, typical sheet for stainless steel car body side wall structure, inherent strain finite element method is used to predict welding deformation, by using ABAQUS software simulation, and car body side wall of the residual stress and deformation results. Finally, residual stress and deformation of the results of simulating results were analyzed, and to provide data support for the reasonable laser welding process.
