曲靖市绿翊生态型居住小区规划设计 Planning and Design of Ecological Residential Luyi District in Qujing City 毛鸿1 学号:201043191 指导老师:杨德2 （1城市学院 城市建设系城市规划专业 2 教授） 摘要：本工程是曲靖市绿翊生态居住小区规划设计，通过对曲靖市该项目地块现状的调研与周边环境勘察，地块位于曲靖市的南片区，是一处高品质住宅集中区，已拥有一些高端住宅。绿翊小区要脱颖而出，对其定位和设计就至关重要。因此，其被定义为生态绿色居住小区的主题。绿翊生态型居住小区如今建设为一个绿色生态小区，以人为本，自然为辅，通过设计的视觉形态，表达“爨”文化的状态。整体做到环境建设生态化、生活服务社区化、节水节能常态化，日常管理智能化。绿翊生态型居住小区组成了“一心、一环、两轴”的结构。本案包括了建筑设计和绿化设计，绘制了小区总平面图、道路分析图、功能分析图、景观分析图、绿地系统分析、小区鸟瞰图、小区供水网情况、公共配套设施、节水节能规划等等，分析了绿翊生态居住小区的特征和理念，介绍了绿翊生态小区以理论为基础的规划设计内容，阐述了以生态健康居住小区理念为原则的建设工作。 关键词：曲靖 小区规划Abstract: This project is a planning and design of ecological residential Luyi in Qujing city, through the investigation and the surrounding environment investigation on status block the project in Qujing City, plots of land located in Qujing city south area, is a high-quality residential, has some high-end residential.
