It gave birth to the traditional virtues of the unique Chinese characteristics. It has played a huge impact on socio-political, economic and cultural development. Morality is a complex social phenomenon .It is the adjustment of man and society and the people and the natural relationship between a code of conduct .But along with the promotion of reform and opening up and the market economy, the traditional ethics are incompatible with it .We should improve it, adapt it to the needs of modern development. In this paper, starting from the point of view of rational economic man of the market economy, human moral behavior analysis in the perspective of economics, discussed the need for economic analysis of ethical behavior and the possibility that ethical behavior and unethical behavior are subject made to their own interests, can be analyzed and understood from an economic point of view, but unethical behavior must be through the system and institutional arrangements to regulate and restrain the behavior of people allowed in the system range of activities.
