Abstract：Circular economy of listed companies in our countrys economic development plays an extremely important significance of circular economy healthy and sustainable development of listed companies, is not only promote the sustainable utilization of resources, significant strategic safeguard national economic security, and is an important approach to prevent and control pollution, protect the environment. Capital structure is an important indicator of corporate financial status, this article through the analysis about the present situation of listed companies to circular economy, and its capital structure influence factor is the empirical analysis. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, introduced in this paper, the research background and significance, content and methods；The second part is literature review； The third part is the description on the present situation of the capital structure of listed companies of recycle economy；The fourth part is the influential factors of the recycling economy capital structure of listed companiesThe fifth part is listed companies capital structure empirical results of circular economy put forward improvement measures.
