影视作品《傲慢与偏见》的英文字幕汉译研究 摘要 以影视作品《傲慢与偏见》的中英文字幕为例，通过对飞鸟老狼字幕组和人人字幕组各自制作的电影字幕的研究，从语序的转换、习语的译法和语句的理解，化长句为短句，人物语言风格的一致性，人名、地名的译法，这四个方面对英文影片《傲慢与偏见》的汉译进行分析和比较。提出一些好的翻译方法，指出字幕翻译中的不足，以待改进，同时提出要加强对英文电影字幕汉译的研究，努力提高译者自身的翻译水平，从而制作出更加完美的中英文字幕。 关键词：电影字幕汉译 《傲慢与偏见》 字幕组 策略 ABSTRACT The thesis focuses on the study of the subtitle of Pride and Prejudice. It analyzes and compares two different subtitles for the same movie by two different subtitle work groups. The differences mainly include word order changing, idiom translation, comprehension of sentences; shortening a long sentence to several brief sentences; uniformity of the language style and characterization; and translation of names and places. The thesis puts some good translative methods forward and points out the deficiencies to be improved. It aims to make English movie translation enhanced as well as raising the level of the translators in order to make better subtitles.
