万方数据 Abstract With the current reform of the basic education curriculum, the traditional teaching mode is faced with an increasing number of challenges, which leads to the appearance of new teaching modes. Teaching modes that put students as the center of classroom become a mainstream over the teaching reform, such as the learning-plan teaching. It is a kind of teaching mode where teachers first design a learning plan and then students learn by themselves under the guidance of teachers and the designed plan, which aims to stimulate students autonomous learning and independent thinking. When conducting the new mode, both teachers and students are involved, and they cooperate with each other to complete the tasks assigned in a class. The Senior High School the author has been working for has carried out the learning-plan teaching experiment since 2011. It is designed to transform the present teaching mode in order to build a class with high efficiency and to improve students autonomous learning. This thesis is intended to be a study based on constructivism, humanism, cognitivism and zone of proximal development. The author combines those teaching theories with teaching experience to test the effects of learning plan teaching. The participants of the research are the
