CMOS是图像传感器的数据采集系统设计 摘要 随着集成电路制造工艺技术的发展和集成电路设计水平的不断提高，基于CMOS集成电路工艺技术制造的CMOS图像传感器由于其集成度高、功耗低、体积小、工艺简单、成本低且开发周期较短等优势，目前在诸多领域得到了广泛的应用，特别是数码产品如数码相机、照相手机的图像传感器应用方面，市场前景广泛，因此对CMOS图像传感器的研究与开发有着非常高的市场价值。 本文首先介绍了CMOS图像传感器的发展历程和故障测试及处理研究现状。随后叙述了CMOS图像传感器的像元的分类、结构及工作原理，着重说明了成像原理和图像信号的读取和处理过程，以及时序控制模块的原理和时序关系。为了更好的应用CMOS图像传感器，我们需要对其测试及故障处理进行相关研究，进行规范的测试及处理。 本课题基于GC0306进行了一次规范的芯片测试，并针对点不亮和花屏故障进行了分析给出处理意见。如果能应用到实际中，能使相关从业人员更从容的解决CMOS图像传感器故障，大大的提高工作效率和解决问题的能力。 由于时间的原因，很多方面本文还没有涉及到，有必要在以后的研究中进行进一步的研究。 关键字：CMOS图像传感器，传感器测试，传感器故障处理，GC0306 THE TEST AND TROUBLESHOOTING 0F CMOS IMAGE SENSOR ABSTRACT With the development of manufacturing technology of Integrated Circuit and the improvement of IC design along with its advantages，CMOS Image Sensor using CMOS techniques have been widely used in many areas because of its merits，such as high integration density, low power dissipation，minute extension，simple process，low cost and short development cycle．The market is wide open，especially in the area of digital products，therefore it is very useful and valuable to research and develop the CMOS Image Sensors． Firstly, the paper introduces the development historythe CMOS Image Sensors, the research situation of those test and the solution of the fault. Then it presents the classifications, structure and working principle of the pixel of CMOS image sensor, in which it focus on the imaging theory, the procedure of reading and processing the image signal, and the principle of timing controlling module and the timing relation. In order to achieve a better application of CMOS image sensor, the design also gives related research about those test, the solution of the fault and does some regular test and solution. Based on the GC0306, the task did a standard chip testing, and analyses the common fault, such as, can not point bright, appear spend screen, and gives some suggestions in the text.
