摘要 混凝土搅拌机是基本建筑的“常规武器”，需求量大，广泛应用于工业、民用建筑以及国防施工等工程建设。JZ型混凝土搅拌机，适用于一般建筑工地、桥梁工程及各种混凝土构件厂等，它采用继电接触器电路实现电气控制。PLC专为恶劣工作环境应用而设计，其显著的特点之一就是可靠性高，抗干扰能力强，平均故障间隔时间长，故障修复时间短。将JZ型混凝土搅拌机电气控制线路改造为可编程控制器控制，可以提高整个电气控制系统的工作性能，减少维护、维修的工作量。 ABSTRACT Concrete mixer is the basic architecture of the conventional weapons, demanding is big, widely used in industry, civil construction and national defense construction engineering construction. JZ type concrete mixer is suitable for general construction, bridge engineering and various kinds of concrete file, etc. It adopts electric control relay contactor circuit implementation. PLC is designed for application and bad work environment, its remarkable is one of the characteristics of high reliability, strong anti-jamming ability, average fault long time interval, the fault repair time is short.
