毕业论文 毕 业 论 文 题 目 车间作业变批量调度优化研究 学院专业班级 学 生 姓 名 性别 指 导 教 师 职称 2012年6月14日  摘 要 随着市场经济的发展，市场竞争日趋激烈，多品种、小批量生产方式已经逐渐成为制造业的发展主流。因此，为了适应日益激烈的市场竞争，就要求制造企业能够合理安排工序，高效利用生产资源，降低生产成本。研究变批量调度的优化方法，对于制造业的现代化具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。 本文介绍了作业车间调度的概念及其发展过程、研究背景和发展趋势；对车间调度的各种研究方法进行了简要的介绍和比较；对Job-Shop批量调度问题进行了研究并做了详细阐述。 对Job-Shop调度过程中的变批量调度与传统调度进行研究比较；并基于eM-Plant软件，建立以生产周期为优化目标和以提前、拖期惩罚费用以及与生产周期相关的生产线运行费用之和为优化目标的不同的仿真模型；通过实例仿真，比较两种方案的优劣，证明变批量调度在Job-Shop调度中的作用。 关键字：作业车间；批量调度；变批量；仿真  Abstract With the development of market economy , market competition becomes increasingly fierce , variety and small batch production mode has become the main way of manufacturing gradually . In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the market , manufacture enterprises should be asked to range sequences rationally , take advantage of resource efficiently , shorten time limit for a project and reduce the cost of producing . The study of optimization method for batch scheduling is very important to modernization of advanced manufacturing because of its theoretical and practical significance . The conception , development and the main researches in current and in the future of job shop scheduling are introduces ; some research methods are introduced and compared ; Study the Job-shop batch scheduling problem and do a detailed description . Study the lot splitting scheduling and the non-lot splitting scheduling in the process of the Job-Shop Scheduling , and compare them ; based on eM-Plant software , set up different simulation models with production cycle as optimized object and with the sum of the punish costs of abvance and tardiness and the operation costs of production line which related to production cycle as optimized object ; through the simulation to compare the two scheme of the pros and cons , to prove the role of lot splittin
