摘 要 伴随着小区物业管理的改善，传统的电费管理方式已经不能满足当代小区物业管理的需要。经过分析，使用Microsoft公司的Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具，结合Access作为后台数据库，开发了一套用电管理系统。 本文介绍了用电管理系统的设计与开发的过程。本系统要实现的功能主要有：系统应对小区的居民住户资料进行很好的管理，能够非常方便的添加、编辑、查询住户的信息；能够准确的记录居民电表的走表数据，为缴纳电费提供准确的数据；对住户的计费和收费准确无误，直观的监控和催交电费，汇总缴费和欠费信息，使管理人员方便的管理住户的用电情况；定期维护数据库中的数据信息，减少数据信息的冗余。 本系统界面设计大方、简洁、实用，操作简单方便，尽可能的为用户的录入、查询等功能操作提供方便，完全适合小区电费管理。 关键词：用电管理；管理信息系统；电费管理 Abstract With the improvement of the property management in the area, the traditional electricity charges management has been unable to meet needs of the property management in the area. After analysis, it is used the Microsoft Visual Basic as a development tool. As background and Access database, developed an Area tariff management system. This article introduced the process of design and development of an Area electricity charges management system. The system functions to be achieved are: system response to the residents of district management of household data very well, can very easily add, edit, query household information; to accurate records of residents meter away form the data for the payment of electricity charges provide accurate data; on household accurate billing and charges, direct monitoring and reminders electricity, aggregate contributions and arrears information to enable managers to facilitate the management of household electricity consumption; regular maintenance data in the database information, reduce data redundancy.
