2013届本科论文 论文题目 专业名称: 人力资源管理 班级学号: 学生姓名: HDQ 指导教师: CYX 摘要 远程在线培训随着计算机和网络通信技术的迅速发展进入人们的视野,它特有的特征和优势得到越来越多的企业人力资源管理部门重视并应用到现代企业培训中,成为传统培训模式的有效拓展和强势补充。但相对于美欧发达国家来说,国内目前应用远程在线技术培训的多为国有企业和大型企业集团,并且仅有DX等少数企业能够在科学理论指导下,建立起符合成人学习特点的系统,大部分企业都面临诸多问题,导致远程在线技术在我国企业培训中的应用受阻。 本文通过归纳远程在线培训的概念、主要特征和基本模型,探究能够指导企业应用远程在线技术培训的相关理论基础,梳理ZYXS公司的具体实践历程,从中反思远程在线技术应用过程中存在的问题,借鉴国内外应用远程在线技术培训的成功案例,提出相应对策与建议。总结出企业在应用远程在线技术培训时应遵循科学的理论与规律,构建多样化、多层次的“混合式”培训体系,真正以学员为中心,科学策划培训项目、培训方式,使远程在线培训与传统集中培训相辅相成、互为补充,从而提高培训效果,促进企业长期、可持续发展。期望对相关企业决策层起到借鉴作用,推动远程在线技术在企业培训中得到更广泛的应用。 关键词:远程在线培训;ZYXS公司;应用 Abstract Due to the rapid development of computer and Internet communication technology, the remote online training has come into the view of the public. Its distinct features and advantages has gained more and more attention from the human resources department and being applied into the training process of modern enterprises, which effectively complement the traditional pattern of training. However, compared with the US and European developed countries, just some of the state-owned and large-scale enterprises in China can use this kind of technology. What’s more, only several of them are able to build a system which can better comply with the features of the learning behavior of human, such as China Telecom, not mention many other problems that most of the firms face. As a result, the application of remote online training technology in the business of our country has been in a dilemma. In this paper, we firstly summarized the concept of remote online training, its main characters and the basic model, then, we studied the relative theories that could direct the application of this technology and clarified the practice of ZYXS company. After referring to the successful cases of the application of remote online training technology in our country, we discussed the problems during the applied process and concluded the rule
