中 南 大 学 现 代 远 程 教 育 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 临床护理新、旧晨间交接班应用效果对比分析 姓 名 专 业 护 理 学 层 次 本 科 入学时间 2011年3月 管理中心 江西教学管理中心 学习中心 江西电大学习中心 指导教师 2013年 5月 10 日 [摘要] 目的：对比新旧晨间交接班方法的应用效果，找出减少护理差错和提高护理工作质量的临床交接班法，并推广应用。方法：旧式晨间交接班按常规模式进行, 新式晨间交接班要求接班者提前主动熟悉接班的内容，交班形式以互动的讨论模式进行，促进在场人员参与交接班讨论，提出意见和建议。评价指标为护士掌握患者病情程度、护理措施落实到位的程度、 以及患者了解相关健康教育内容的程度, 采用x2 检验方法，比较两种交接班模式的效果。结果：采用新式的晨间交接班方法后，护士掌握患者病情和护理措施落实到位的程度以及健康教育效果明显优于旧式的交班模式，均为P＜0.01。 结论：新式晨间交接班模式能更好地发挥护士的主观能动性，提高了临床护理工作质量、护士的综合素质及病人的满意度，值得推广运用。 [关键词] 护士、新旧交接班方法 Object: To minimize the errors and mistakes and improve the quality of Clinical nursing job through contrasting the application results of the new and old morning shift meeting, then popularize it. Method: The old morning shift is proceeding as the conventional old modelThe taker can be familiar with the content of the shift meeting actively in advance by the specific and vivid interaction to appeal other peoples participation and discussion and then providing the guidance. Comparing the effect of the two different shifting models by taking the level of the nurse mastering the patients disease situation and the nursing interventions and the level of the patients know the related health education contents into account with the method of x2. Result: The degree of the nurse knowing the patients condition and the nursing intervention and the effect are obviously better than the traditional method after adopting the new shifting model all P0.01. Conclusion: The new morning shifting model plays the nurses subjective initiative better.It can improve the quality of clinical nursing work ，the nurses comprehensive quality, and the patients satisfaction, and it is worth popularizing and utilizing. 【Key
