Clinical Study on Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Yi-Jing-Bu-Shen Decoction SPeciality:Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Zhou Xinying Tutor:Pro.Liu Jinxing Abstract Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the Yi-Jing-Bu-Shen Decoction(YJBSD) in treating the deficiency With polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed as deficiency of kidney,by observing the relevant parameters in detecting and explore its mechanism. Method：68 patients with PCOS diagnosed deficiency of kidney syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. YJBSD was given to the treatment group including 34 patients. At the same time Six taste glutinous rehmannia capsule was given to the control group including 34 patients. Before and after treatment, the changes of the syndrome clinical manifestation and of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the changes of serum hormone levels such as LH, FSH, LH/FSH, PRL, E2, T, INS, the Endometrial thickness, Ovarian volume and Basic Body Temperature(BBT)changes.The differences between the two groups after the treatment are observed.The treatment group patients age, course of disease and clinical efficacy were not related(P＞0.05). Result：The markedly clinically effective rate is 76.47％ in the test group,and in the control group it is 38.24％;the total clinically effective rate is 91.18％ in the test group and it is 76.47% in the control group. The difference between the two groups is significant (P＜0.05)；The markedly clinically effective rate of TCM is 76.47％ in the test group,and in the control group it is 38.24％;the total effective rate of PCOS syndrome is 94.12% in the test group and it is 79.41％ in the control group. The difference between the two groups is significant(P＜0.05);After the treatment,the PCOS symptom scores of the treat group and control group are lowered.The differences are significant before and after treatment (P＜0.01).The differences between the two groups are significant(P＜0.01);After treatment,Th
