摘要 豆渣是豆制品加工的副产物，除了作饲料、肥料使用外，还有其他增值加工的方法。其中豆渣中富含的大豆异黄酮是非常有价值的成分。大豆异黄酮具有抗氧化的功能对皮肤组织有特殊的作用。从理论上讲，皮肤局部使用大豆异黄酮对延缓皮肤衰老比口服具有更好的作用，所以将大豆异黄酮制作成化妆品对延缓及抵抗皮肤衰老有较好的效果。本文对大豆异黄酮的提取工艺做了研究，并将大豆异黄酮用于美容面膜的制备，首先单因素试验确定浸提时间，浸提温度以及料液比对大豆异黄酮的提取率进行研究，并以大豆异黄酮的提取率和抗氧化性为评价指标，通过正交试验确定了大豆异黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件：即料液比为1:20，在50℃下浸提1h。在最佳实验条件下提取率为0.13%。通过测定大豆异黄酮对邻苯三酚的自氧化的抑制作用，抑制率为20%，得出大豆异黄酮具有较强的抗氧化功能。对皮肤有着明显的改善，可以使女性皮肤光润、细腻、柔滑、充满弹性、焕发光彩。 关键词：豆渣；大豆异黄酮；抗氧化性；面膜 Abstract Bean dregs is the by- product of bean products. It can be used as forage and fertilizer. The paper mainly introduces sever always in using the by-product. And the soybean isoflavone of soybean dregs is a very important content. . Processing conditions have large effects on isoflaviones glucosidic forms. Through some animal test, Clinical studies and epidmiological investigation showed that soybean isflavones may help prevent and even can cure cancer, atherosclerosis, osteoporosis and menopause symptoms. Besides that, soybean isoflavone has a special effect on the skin tissue because it’s anti-oxidation function. In fact, Using soybean isoflavone on the partial skin is more helpful than eating it. So make soybean isoflavone into cosmetics is a good choice. In this experiment, the key point is focusing on the extraction process of making soybean isoflavone into facial mask. And in this paper, soybean dregs the extraction process of soybean isoflavone done a preliminary study, in the extraction time, temperature, liquid test than on the basis of the test identified by soybean dregs soybean isoflavone extract the best technology conditions. That is expected to water ratio of 1:20, extraction at 50 ℃ under one hour. Under the optimum conditions for the extraction rate is 0.13%. At last, determination of soybean isoflavone of soybean dregs through pyrogallol self-oxidation inhibition, inhibition rate is 20%, obtained with soybean isoflavone anti-oxidation function.
