XXXX学院 毕业设计 题 目 苏州新区某轻工业厂房设计 专 业 土木工程 学 号 班 级 XX级本科 姓 名 XX 指 导 XX 2015年05月摘 要 本次毕业设计为工业厂房设计，主体4层，抗震设防烈度为6度。本设计主要分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。从整体入手，力求创造一个新颖大方的建筑，在建筑处理手法上强调车间的特点同时考虑到场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求，以及周围建筑物的影响，设计时采用矩型。在这一部分内容中，考虑到当今能源的紧缺，建筑节能也逐渐成为了一种发展趋势，因此在本次设计过程中也进行了节能设计。 结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。本设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础，承重体系为横向承重框架体系。还进行了基础及楼梯的设计.在截面设计中为了得到一个较优的截面尺寸，提高设计的经济性在初选截面尺寸时进行了比选构件截面尺寸。最后还借助于PKPM软件，对整个结构体系进行了电算。 关键词：工业厂房，建筑设计，结构设计， ABSTRACT The graduation design for industrial building design, main body 4 layer, the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees. The design consists of architectural design and structural design of two parts. Structural design of buildings is in preliminary design is determined on the basis of structural scheme; selecting reasonable structural system; structural layout, and the preliminary estimate, determining the size of structural component, structure calculation. The design of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the foundation of single foundation under column, bearing system for transverse bearing frame system. Also the basis and the stair
