青少年犯罪原因及预防 摘 要:在我国，未成年人犯罪通常是指已满14周岁不满18周岁的未成年人实施的刑法和有关刑事法律所规定的犯罪行为。青少年犯罪已成为现代社会犯罪中一个越来越突出的问题。尽管在我国现代有关犯罪的法律法条中还没有出现“青少年犯罪”这一称谓，但作为青少年这一特殊群体中的部分个体因其某些已构成“犯罪”的行为给社会造成的负面影响，已成为世界各国共同关注的热点，任何现象的产生和存在都有其特定的原因和条件。作为一种复杂的社会现象，未成年人犯罪也不例外。制约和决定未成年人犯罪的原因多种多样，错综复杂。因此为了探究未成年人犯罪的原因，有必要运用多种学科作为工具进行全方位、多角度的分析。对待青少年犯罪，要以预防、教育为主、惩戒为辅。针对不同年龄段青少年犯罪的特点，做好青少年犯罪的预防。本文首先从法理上对青少年犯罪进行了界定，分析了青少年违法犯罪的主客观原因，简要介绍了预防和减少青少年违法犯罪的对策。 关键词：未成年人犯罪特点、原因；心理分析；社会分析；青少年犯罪预防 Abstract: in our country, the minor crime is often referred to as a minor under the age of 18 has reached the age of 14 one full year of life on the implementation of criminal law and the relevant provisions of the criminal law of criminal behavior.
