[Abstract] Objective To investigate and observe the change of peripheral blood neutrophil nuclear factor κB and inflammation mediators of patients with severe multiple injuries. Methods 65 patients with severe multiple injuries from March 2013 to April 2015 in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as observation group, 65 healthy persons with health examination at the same time were selected as control group, then the peripheral blood neutrophil nuclear factor κB, anti-inflammatory mediators and pro-inflammatory mediators of observation group at 24, 48 h and 72 h after injury and control group were respectively compared, and those detection indexes of observation group with non-MODS and MODS, survival and death were respectively compared too. Results The peripheral blood neutrophil nuclear factor κB, anti-inflammatory mediators and pro-inflammatory mediators of observation group at 24, 48 h and 72 h after injury were all obviously higher than those of control group, and the peripheral blood neutrophil nuclear factor κB of the observation group at 48 h and 72 h after injury were higher than 24 h after injury, and the anti-inflammatory mediators and pro-inflammatory
