米非司酮预防成年女性药物流产后并发妇科炎症的临床疗效研究 　　【摘要】目的：探讨米非司酮在预防成年女性药物流产后并发妇科炎症中的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年3月至2014年3月期间在我院进行药物流产的成年女性53例，随机分为观察组（n=27）和对照组（n=26），在米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物流产后，观察组继续服用米非司酮对患者进行早期药物干预，观察临床疗效。结果：在药物流产2周后，观察组尿人体绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）水平为（6587±1349）IU/L，对照组为（6694±1287）IU/L，与流产前有显著性差异，两组间无差异，经B超检查确定所有女性流产完全。观察组在米非司酮治疗后，宫颈炎有1例，阴道炎1例，而阴道出血及颈柱状上皮异位均为0例，与对照组相比有显著性差异（P中国论文网 /6/view-7217618.htm 　　【关键词】米非司酮；成年女性；药物流产；妇科炎症 　　Clinical efficacy of mifepristone to prevent gynecological inflammation in adult female after medical abortionQI Linjun1， QIAN Lili2， CHEN Hongping3. 1. Methods： 53 adult female received medical abortion in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into observation group （n=27） and control group （n=26） randomly. After the medical abortion using mifepristone and misoprostol， the observation group took the mifepristone continually to observe the clinical efficacy. Results： Two weeks after the medical abortion， the urine HCG average of observation group and control group was （65.87±13.49） IU/L and （66.94±12.87） IU/L respectively. Compared with the average before medical abortion， there was significant difference but there was no difference between the two groups. All adult female had done complete medical abortion confirmed by B-ultrasonic wave. After treatment of mifepristone， observation group had one case of cervicitis， one case of vaginitis and no vaginal bleeding and cervical erosion.
