抑郁自我控制结局的修订及信效度检验 　　【摘要】 目的：修订抑郁自我控制结局，检验其在抑郁障碍患者评定中的信、效度。方法：将《护理结局分类（第3版）》中直译的抑郁自我控制结局进行两轮专家咨询和预调查，对39名专家将结局的度量尺度、各个指标进行咨询，对20例患者进行预调查，最终确立结局内容。对100例抑郁障碍住院患者进行调查后，评定该结局的信、效度。结果：修订后的抑郁自我控制结局有19个指标，其Cronbachs α系数为0.839，分半信度为0.765；具有较好的内容效度，探索因子分析得出5个公因子，累计方差贡献率为64.690%。结论：修订后的抑郁自我控制结局具有良好的信、效度，适合国内精神科护士对抑郁障碍患者抑郁自控能力的测量。 中国论文网 /6/view-7245290.htm 　　【关键词】 护理结局分类； 抑郁障碍； 修订； 信度； 效度 　　Reliability and Validity Test and Revision of Depression Self Control Outcome/MENG Hui，SONG Li-ping，BAI Xue-jiao，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（36）：112-115 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To revise depression self-control outcome，and investigate the validity， reliability of the outcome on assessing the ability of depression self-control among Chinese patients with depression disorder. Method： Depression self-control outcome from 《Nursing Outcomes Classification（Third Edition）》 which was important to patients with depression disorder was selected. Utilizing Delphi method by consult 39 experts，and after a small sample pre-survey，the outcome were revised. The reliability and validity were test 100 patients with depression disorders using the outcome. Result：The revised depression self-control outcome had 19 indexes，the revised outcome internal consistency was 0.839，split-half reliability was 0.765. Content validity was good. The KMO and Bartletts test showed that suitable for factor analysis，exploratory factor analysis to extract five common factors， the cumulative variance contribution rate of 64.690%.
