摘 要 在市场经济快速发展的推动下，我国建筑行业逐渐呈现商业化趋势，建筑施工单位越来越多，使得建筑市场竞争愈发激烈。为了能够在市场中获得更大的竞争优势，很多建筑施工单位都加强了对建筑工程项目成本的控制与管理，希望能够通过降低工程项目成本，来增大项目收益。再加上现代建筑工程的规模与投资都非常大，影响项目成本的因素相对较多，若不做好项目成本控制管理，必然会造成极大的资金浪费。因此，加强对建筑工程项目成本控制方法的研究，提高施工企业的成本管理水平对于现代建筑施工企业来讲已经是不可忽视的重要管理工作内容。施工企业想在建筑行业上生存，关键在于企业能否为社会提供质量高、工期短、造价低的建筑产品，创造出满意的经济效益，并使其最大化，同时也为赢得更广阔的市场提供有利的条件和前提。因此，施工项目的成本控制的方法在施工企业??显示尤为重要，对施工项目成本控制的方法进行研究具有重要意义。 现本文就主要以建筑工程项目成本控制方法为研究课题，对其相关内容进行了研究探讨，文章首先分析了课题的研究背景、研究目的、研究方法与研究内容，继而从项目成本控制理论与施工成本控制方法两方面对项目成本控制体系构建方法做出探索。并且通过采取多种形式，消除施工中的损失和浪费现象。合理使用人力、物力、财力，降低成本，增加收入，创造较好的经济效益。 关键词 建筑工程 项目成本 控制方法 组织措施 Abstract With the rapid development of market economy, Chinas construction industry gradually become the business trend, the construction units more and more fierce market competition, makes the building.
