岗位胜任素质模型在企业中的应用--
以达融(厦门)投资有限公司福州分公司运营部为例
摘要
近年来随着经济的发展,我国的企业如雨后春笋般涌现,企业之间的竞争也愈发的激烈。一个企业能否立足于社会,看的不是资本,而是取决于企业中的人才。招聘这一环节,决定了企业人力资源的数量、质量,是企业各项工作能够顺利开展的前提,能否招聘到适合岗位的人才直接关系到公司的业绩成效。在招聘管理的各种工具和方法中,近几年兴起的岗位胜任素质模型被广为关注。岗位胜任素质模型是指为完成岗位工作,达成岗位优秀绩效目标所应具备的一系列不同素质要素的组合,为公司和企业提供了一个比较科学的人才筛选方式,使得企业在招聘人员的时候能够招聘到更适合岗位需要的人才。通过岗位胜任素质模型对当前公司人员的分析还可以给公司现有人员提供更适合自己的岗位,使人尽其才,为企业创造更大的价值。本文紧密结合达融(厦门)投资有限公司福州分公司的实际情况,通过运营部进行分析,对岗位胜任素质模型在企业中的应用进行了良好的阐释。

Abstract: With economic development in recent years, Chinese enterprises have sprung up, competition among enterprises is also all the more intense. Can a business foothold and society, looking not capital, but on the enterprise personnel. The first part of the recruitment as human resource acquisition, determines the quantity, quality, corporate human resources, is a prerequisite for companies to carry out the work smoothly, the ability to recruit talent to fit the positions directly related to the companys performance results. In a variety of tools and methods of recruitment management in recent years, the rise of post competency model has been widely concerned. Job competency model refers to the completion of post work to achieve excellent performance goal posts should have a range of combinations of different quality elements for companies and enterprises to provide a more scientific way of screening personnel, allows businesses to be able to at the time of recruitment to recruit more suitable for jobs that require talent. Through job competency model for analysis of the current company personnel can also be provided to the companys existing staff more suited to their jobs, allowing companies to generate greater value.
