 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 19 层次分析法在建筑工程项目风险评估中的应用 姓 名 胡召钊 学 号 2014230 院 系 土木工程学院 专 业 土木工程建造与管理 摘要 当前，随着我国国民经济的迅猛发展，我国的建筑工程建设呈现出迅速增长的趋势。同时建筑工程项目具有投资大、建设时间长等特点，在建设过程中遇到的不可预见因素很多，使得建筑工程项目建设过程中参与方可能面临很对风险，如果对此不加以预防，将会给业主、承包商等各参与方带来严重的后果。基于以上原因，在建筑工程项目中提前发现风险、发出预警信号迫在眉睫。本文的研究就是在此背景下提出的。 本文从建筑工程项目风险的基础知识入手，简要论述了建筑工程风险管理的相关理论知识；分析建筑工程项目风险因素；并系统的探讨了层次分析法的数学模型、指标值的确定、判断矩阵及一致性检验的方法和步骤；根据建筑工程项目风险的设置，建立了建筑工程风险预警的层次分析法模型，对建筑工程风险进行了分析、评估。 总之，本文研究的主旨在于为建筑工程项目风险预警提供一种行之有效的分析方法，为建筑工程风险管理提供一定的科学依据，从而使建筑市场稳定发展。 关键词： 建筑工程 风险评估 层次分析法 Abstract At present, with the rapid development of our national economy, construction of the building of our country shows the trend of rapidgrowth.
