基于PCC的造纸机电气传动控制系统设计详解.doc

毕 业 设 计 中 文 摘 要 摘 要 现今世界，纸在日常生活中的运用越来越广泛，人们对纸的需求量日益增长，从而导致对纸的质量有了更高的要求。以前的造纸机大多是小型和低速的，随着自动化水平的不断提高，现在向着大型和高速的方向发展。这就对造纸机工作过程中的各种控制有了较高的要求，如造纸机传动系统的张力控制。以前的造纸机采用的是最传统的机械总轴传动，相对于现在的科学技术水平来说，这种方式是属于比较落后的方式，系统难以进行响应较快的各种控制，如张力控制，已经不能满足生产要求。所以，现在的大中型造纸机大多数采用分部传动，用这种传动方式取代传统的机械总轴传动，即电气分轴传动。 首先，本设计介绍了课题设计的背景及意义、课题设计的研究现状和本文的主要工作，接着介绍了造纸工艺流程和造纸传动方式分析，通过介绍BR的PCC历史、特点，及用PCC代替PLC的可行性研究，最终确定系统方案。以PCC的X20为核心控制器，设计造纸机的电气传动控制系统。其次，设计系统硬件电路，包括主控制器及相关模块的选择、变频器的选择、电机的选择以及同步、张力控制的设计等。最后，设计系统的软件流程图。 关键词：造纸机 电气 分部传动 张力控制 PCC 毕 业 设 计 外 文 摘 要 Title Paper machine electric drive control system design based on PCC Abstract In todays world, more and more widespread use of paper in everyday life, peoples growing demand for paper, resulting in the quality of the paper have higher requirements.
