中学公寓毕业设计计算书要点解读.doc

摘 要 毕业设计是土木工程专业的必修课程，本次设计为青岛26中学单身公寓设计，具体分为建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。设计采用钢筋混凝土工程现浇框架结构，建筑主体层数是五层，建筑总高度为16.35m，柱距7.8m，长方向的长度为43.2m，短方向的长度为18.3m，总建筑面积4111.2，底层占地面积为822.24。依据本次设计的任务书要求可得知，三级抗震，地震分组为第三组，抗震等级为四级，设防裂度为6度，设计中要考虑抗震设计。设计包括了建筑部分、结构部分、楼梯和基础等等。根据任务书确定出各层平面图及平面布置。本方案主体结构为横向承重框架结构。在进行构件截面估算和荷载计算后，进行线刚度的计算和框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取；恒载、活载、地震作用、风荷载作用，柱端弯矩、剪力轴力的计算；框架内力组合；框架梁柱配筋计算。箍筋采用Ⅰ级钢筋，框架受力钢筋则主要使用Ⅱ级钢筋，楼梯使用钢筋混凝土梁式楼梯；柱网限制，基础运用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础。整个方案设计在大致上符合了设计和结构要求，具备很大程度上的合理性。 经过本次对教师公寓楼层平面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构的设计，熟悉了设计的全过程，了解并掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法，创造性的完成了毕业设计任务。同时，对在大学生涯中所获得的专业知识和相关概念有了更深刻更灵活的理解，进而增强了分析问题和解决实际问题的宝贵能力。 关键词：钢筋混凝土结构，独立基础，荷载设计值，荷载效应  ABSTRACT The design project for graduation mainly presents the design procedure of teachers apartment ,including building design and on struction design . Design project for graduation is special field of study required course of civil engineering . It is that the teachers apartment designs to originally design. This scheme adopts the cast-in-place frame structure of armored concrete. Structure rand order is four layers. Structure total height is16.35-meter and surface area is 4111.2-suquare meter ,the floor space of group floor is822.24 .According to the designing requirement, the earthquake intensity is 6degrees to set up defences , the grade of antidetonation is two grade , and the group of earthquake is three ,considering aseidmatic design . Design project includes structure part、constructure part and foundation , according to assignment book define every layer blueprline and plare arrang .The agent structure is a two-way bearing frame ,horizontal fram ,etc .
