With the development of information technology, electronic commerce range is more and more widely used in many countries. In China, electronic commerce has also gained great vitality. It occupies the important position in the market. But what can not be ignored is that the particularity of way to trade. The development of electronic commerce brings to the consumer rights and interests protection also a huge challenge. Based on the meaning and types of e-commerce, e-commerce between businesses and consumers is emphatically discussed transaction type, through the empirical study of e-commerce in China is pointed out some problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of consumers, and combined with the international and foreign comparative study on electronic commerce consumer rights and interests protection legislation, put forward to improve our country electronic commerce consumer rights and interests protection level in the corresponding countermeasures, hope to be able to help our country’s consumer rights and interests protection legislation and judicial practice.
