产亿片米屈肼薄膜衣片剂车间物料衡算与设备选型要点分析.docVIP

摘要 本设计的任务是设计年产1亿片片车间工艺设计。设计深度为医药工程的初步设计。根据《药品生产质量管理规范》和我在，联系我们所学的专业课各方面知识，参照了《药物制剂》、《药剂学》、《药物分析》、《化工原理》、《制药工程》、《化工工艺设计手册》、《制剂单元操作》、《制剂工程设计》、《制药工业的洁净与空调》、《药物制剂工程》等文献，严格按照2010年版GMP、《GMP实施指南》、《医药工业洁净厂房设计规范》、《建筑设计防火规范》、《建筑给排水规范》、《工业企业照明设计标准》、《工业企业采暖通风和空气调节设计规范》等多种设计规范和管理规范进行，在老师们帮助下共同努力成功完成了本次毕业工程设计。经过准确的计算和筛选，我设计了合理的工艺流程路线，设备选型，车间布置设计。此外，我们还做了严格的物料衡算、公共系统消耗、工艺管道计算。为了达到GMP的标准，我们还在生产制度，消防及卫生、劳动安全、“三废”处理、环境保护等多方面设计了详细的设施和制度。这次设计是专业知识和工程设计实践的完美结合，整个过程中得到了老师和同学们的大力支持和帮助，它培养了我们分析和解决工程中实际问题的综合能力，提高了应用AUTOCAD绘制工程图纸的能力和，增强了在中英文文献中收集有用信息的能力，同时也培养了我们团队合作精神。关键词：片剂；车间设计; Abstract This graduation project duty is designed depth for medicine project preliminary design. According to Drugs Production Quality control Standard and , relates the professional course various aspects knowledge which we studies, referred toMedicine Preparation,Pharmaceutics, Medicine Analysis,Chemical industry Technological design Handbook, Preparation Unit operation,Preparation Engineering design,Medicine Preparation Project and so on the literature, Strictly according to GMP, Have completed this graduation engineering design after our group four members joint effort successes. After the accurate computation and screening, we have designed the reasonable technical process route, the equipment shaping, the workshop arrangement design. In addition, we also did have been strict the public system consumption、the process tube computation. In order to achieve GMP the standard, we also in the productive system, the fire prevention and the health、the labor safety、three wastes processing, the environmental protection and so on have variously designed the detailed facility and the system. This design is the specialized knowledge and the engineering design practice perfect union, it trained us to analyze with the solution project in the actual problem synthesizing capacity ,enhanced has applied the AUTOCAD plan project blueprint the ability and, simultaneously has also raised our teams cooperation spirit.
