别墅地暖设计说明书详解.doc

摘要 本设计是针对成都市龙泉驿玉龙山庄里的一幢三层别墅进行的供暖系统设计。建筑面积222㎡，供暖面积160㎡，其中卫生间为散热器供暖，其余房间为低温热水地面辐射供暖。设计参数：冬季供暖室内温度20℃，但卫生间22℃。总热负荷12KW。 设计中首先在负荷计算的基础上，对房间所需的地暖管长度进行计算，地暖管采用φ20mm沈阳“金德”聚丁烯管（PB），管间距150mm。再对三个卫生间的散热器进行选择、计算，散热器选用意莎普·金泰格的VL516和VL510两种型号的散热器。 供暖系统采用共用立管的分层独立形式，该用户系统为异程式下供下回水平双管形式。对环路进行了严格的水力计算，在此基础上,在每个散热器上安装柯耐弗室温控制器和电热执行器,让用户可以根据自己的需要来调节室温。各层分别放一个规格为170*400*500分∕集水箱 ，选用一台多米康柏特锅炉，规格为266*460*680。 关键词：低温热水地板辐射供暖；低温散热器供暖 Abstract This project is the design of the heating system for a block of villadom with total area of 222 square and heating area of 160 square meters in YuLong Mountain Villa . The radiator heating is designed for lavatory and the low temperature hot water floor radiant heating is for the rest .The indoor designing parameters is 20℃ except lavatory with 22℃ and the total heating load is 12KW in winter. First of all on the basis of load calculation, the length of polybutylene pipe with the tube pitch of one hundred and fifty millimeter is calculated.Outer diameter of twenty millimeter of JinDe brand is selected.And then radiators are sized for the three lavatories . Type of VL510 and VL516 radiator of IRSAP brand are selected. The style of the heating system is that every floor is independent but sharing one vertical pipe at the same time. The style of heating system is: the different modality, underfeed and underback,level and double pipes. the strict waterpower calculation to the circulation circuit has been proceeded. On this foundation, install the room-temperature set-up controller and electrically operated valve in each water trap, let customer regulate indoor temperature according to his demand. water collecting tanks with type of 170*400*500(W/H/L)are installed on each floor. Boiler with the type of 266*460*680(W/L/H) of Domicompact brand is selected.
