摘要 -  PAGE 1 - 网购交易模式下消费者权益的维护 杨恩章 （西南林业大学 人文学院，云南 昆明 650224） 【摘要】随着经济社会的不断发展，人民群众生活水平的不断提高和互联网的高度普及，人们的生活方式也发生着巨大的变化。除了人与人之间面对面的交易模式外，网络的发展延伸出网络交易的出现，从根本上改变了传统交易模式，网络交易模式下，消费者在家通过互联网就可以购买消费品和接受服务，无需直接进入实体商店面对经营者，由于网络交易的方便快捷的特性不断的赢得消费者的青睐，并得到快速的发展。但是，网络交易模式也有很多弊端，如：网络交易平台对网络经营者的门槛要求比较低、消费者无法直接经验商品、在通常情况下消费者都是与异地的经营者进行交易，在出现产品质量问题的时候很难的到妥善的处理。而当前法律对于网络交易的规范也相对不足，所以消费者合法权益在网络交易过程中很容易受到侵害，并且在受到侵害后，很难找到一个良好的途径去维护自己的合法权益。 【关键词】网络交易;消费者;消费者权益保护;法律制度  Safeguard the interests of consumers online shopping transaction mode Yang Enzhang (Humanities College of Southwest Forestry University, Yunnan Kunming 650224) Abstract: with the development of social economy, high popularity of the improvement of peoples living standard and the Internet, peoples way of life has changed dramatically.
