E-mail:1107875667@ Abstract Objective： To investigate the ffect of platelet collection population differences on blood donors health. Methods: 50 blood donors with first blood platelet collection by machine and 50 blood donors with continuous blood platelet collection by machine were chosen in the period from January 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital as control group and observation group; and the levels of thrombelastogram (TEG) index, Blood Routine Indexes and fibrinogen (FIB) before and after collection?of both groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the R value before and after collection between 2 groups（0.05）. The value after collection of both groups was significantly lower than before collection（0.05）. The value and MA value after collection of both groups was significantly higher than before collection（0.05）. The after collection of both groups was significantly lower than before collection（0.05）.
