投稿2007年全國土地管理與開發學術研討會 高鐵台南車站接駁運輸網路設計之研究 郭淑娉1　陳璟葵21 立德管理學院物流管理學系助理教授（聯絡地址：709台南市安南區安中路五段一八八號；電話：06-2553419；E-mail：spguo@.tw） 2立德管理學院地區發展管理所研究生（聯絡地址：台北縣新莊市瓊林南路62巷1號3F；電話：0972-622577；E-mail：apollyon59@.tw） A study on access transportation networks for the Tainan station of high-speed railway Guo Shwu-Ping1　2 Abstract This research first reviews literature of access transportation system and explores the research process and methods about the design of access transportation system。Second, this study interviews with a private bus company in Tainan and the authosuch as Tainan City as well as Tainan County government to investigate the present and planned access transportation routes around the Tainan station of high-speed railway。Opinions and suggestions are gathered and induced in the study。Third, a questionnaire is designed and investigated with population to understand their realization of the Tainan station of high-speed railway and their demand for access transportation networks。The locations of expected stops of acce transportation networks are further investigated to shed light on the future design of stops and routes of access transportation。Fourth, a demand analysis of access transportation from and to the Tainan station of high-speed ailway is made from results of questionnaire investigation。This study estimates the origin-destination pair distribution of passengers riding access transportation among locations of origin, Tainan station and destination。Finally, this study proposes several alternative routes of access transportation。A comparison between the proposed routes and the existing routes are also made。Some suggestions for improving and adjusting access transportation routes are provided to shed light on future studies。Keyword：High-speed railway、ccess transportation networks、Origin-Destination Pair Distribution ㄧ、前言 台灣高速鐵路解決西部走廊的壅塞促進台灣西部區域均衡發展高鐵營運後各都會區台鐵、捷運、公車等運輸系統路線、場站、班表及票證，促成高速、大眾運輸。台灣高鐵系統長345公里自台北高雄左營沿途經過14縣市、77市鄉鎮區 （縣）：沒有規劃免費接駁專車 （興）：現階段還未有免費接駁專車，還是要
