Discussion What should shouldn’t do to keep fit? Health plan Should do Should not do 1 2 3 … 1 2 3 … Proverbs: You are what you eat. Healthy mind in a healthy body. Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. 病从口入。 ? A close mouth catches no flies. 健康胜于财富。 ? Health is over wealth. 饭后百步走,延年又益寿。 After dinner sit a while; after supper walk a mile. 冬吃萝卜夏吃姜, 不用医生开药方。 ? Carrots in winter and gingers in summer keep the doctor away. You are what you eat.
