Henan Province agricultural product export trade problems such as trade barriers is bound, the international agricultural product market competition intensifies, agricultural production can not meet the market demand, exports export market concentration is high, the export structure has failed to give full play to the advantage of Henan and other issues. Study the existence of Henan agricultural product export trade problems, and targeted measures: strengthen actively respond to trade barriers, the quality and safety management and brand building, building a diversified pattern of the market, give full play to its advantages to deal with. Keywords：The export of agricultural products; trade barriers; market competition 一、河南省农产品出口贸易发展现状 （一）农产品生产状况 河南省地域广阔，土地肥沃，自然资源丰富，农业劳动力数量多!价格低廉!是农产品生产大省。2006至2010的5年中，农产品总产量（除棉花和2007年的肉类下降外）稳中有升。主要农产品中的粮食、油料的产量连续5年居全国首位，其中粮食占全国的百分比在10%上下轻微波动，油料占全国的百分比稳中略有下降；棉花的总产量和占全国的百分比和位次均呈下降的趋势，但2010年的棉花总产量仍占全国的7.5%位于全国第5位。 （二）农产品出口贸易主体 目前，河南省拥有大批外向型农业产业化龙头企业。例如(以肉类加工为主的大型食品集团双汇集团；以禽业养殖、加工及制品销售为主营业务的华英集团；与全球各大洲70多个国家或地区有贸易往来的河南粮油食品进出口集团；农业部等7部委认定为全国第一批农业产业化龙头企业的河南莲花味精股份有限公司。截止到2010年1月，河南省获得国内出口备案企业资格的企业有322 家，自营出口群体继续扩大，外资和私营企业是河南省农产品出口的主力，其出口总值占全省农产品出口总值的份额为 80%，获得国外卫生注册企业资格的企业有65家，获得国内和国外卫生注册备案企业数量在中西部省份中均名列前茅出
