民汉合校与普通中学美术教育现状对比研究——以乌鲁木齐市为例.pdfVIP

中文摘要 自从1985 年《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》提出教育体制改革的根 本目的是提高国民素质。并在 1999 年6 月 13 日颁发《中共中央国务院关于深 化教育改革全面推经素质教育的决定》把素质教育提高到了相当重要的议程来 实施，中学美术教育教学是九年制义务教学的重要组成部分更是我国素质教育 的一个重要的组成部分，是学生综合素质形成的重要环节。在西部大开发的背 景下为了提高新疆民族教育的质量，素质教育的理念在新疆蓬勃发展，新疆中 学美术教育有了崭新的面貌。近年来民汉合校在新疆如雨后春笋般的崛起，成 为新的教育热点。那么在民汉合校下的中学美术教育是如何发展与实施的，教 师应如何面对民汉合校下的美术教育发展变化和新疆普通中学的美术教育发展 变化？其差别和特点又是怎样的？本文以乌鲁木齐市为例，通过调查走访了乌 鲁木齐市内 7 所民汉合校，并且发放给民汉合校民语部学生、教师以及家长问 卷调查，并且通过对汉族教师、学生、管理者的访谈，较全面地了解了乌鲁木 齐市民汉合校下的美术教育实施现状。通过文献分析和问卷调查得到的数据对 乌鲁木齐市民汉合校下的美术教育现状做了客观分析。并且走访了乌鲁木齐市7 所普通中学，了解普通中学的美术教育实施情况，在通过对问卷的客观分析。 与民汉合校下的美术教育实施现状做了对比分析，发现乌鲁木齐市民汉和校中 学和普通中学美术教育均衡发展存在一些问题。如美术教师的师资队伍建设方 面、美术学科未能与其他学科一样得到应有的重视，美术教学硬实力和软实力 在校际之间仍然存在着差距，美术教学活动形式单一并且组织活动的机会不均 等。而导致这些问题的原因主要表现在，重点学校历史遗留问题、传统教育观 念;和政策方面，希望本文的研究结果与对策，能够反映出乌鲁木市美术教学的 研究和全面均衡的发展有所帮助。 关键字： 民汉合校; 美术教育现状; 中学; 对比 III Abstract Since the 1985 \decision on reform of the education system of the central committee of the communist party of China put forward the fundamental goal of education system reform is to improve the national quality.
