Tiam 1与PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义【摘要】? 目的 探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1(Tiam 1)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学法对60例胃癌组织及其相应正常胃黏膜组织标本进行检测。结果 Tiam 1蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织中为阴性染色，但在胃癌组织中则呈阳性染色(47/60，78.33%)，两者差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；胃癌组织中PCNA蛋白标记指数(PCNA LI)(57.49±14.82)显著高于正常胃黏膜组织中的PCNA LI(20.74±6.13)(P0.05)；Tiam 1、PCNA蛋白表达均与胃癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P0.05)，但与胃癌患者的性别、年龄及癌灶原发部位、大小无关(P0.05)；Tiam 1阳性表达胃癌组织中的PCNA LI值显著高于Tiam 1阴性表达者(P0.05)。结论 Tiam 1和PCNA表达上调均与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关，对其进行联合检测有助于判断胃癌的生物学特性。 【关键词】? 胃癌 T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1 增殖细胞核抗原 免疫组织化学 ???? To observe expression of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1 (Tiam 1) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gastric cancer and investigate their relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods? The expressions of Tiam 1 and PCNA in cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa of 60 cases with gastric cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results? ①Staining of Tiam 1 protein was negative in normal gastric mucosa but positive in gastric cancer (47/60, 78.33%), with significantly statistical difference (P 0.05). ②PCNA labeling index (LI) in gastric cancer was 57.49±14.82 that was significantly higher than 20.74±6.13 in normal gastric mucosa? (P 0.05). ③Both expressions of Tiam 1 and PCNA were associated with the differentiation degree, invasive depth, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer (P 0.05) but not with sex and age of cases as well as primary pathological site or size of the cancer foci (P? 0.05). ④ PCNA LI in cases with positive staining of Tiam 1 was significantly higher than that in cases with negative staining of Tiam 1 (P? 0.05).
