民营企业财务管理存在的问题和对策研究.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 随着经济的发展，我国的民营企业在推动科技进步，创造就业机会，增加对外贸易 等各方面都为国民经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。民营企业各项经济指标不断提高，已在 国民经济的发展中占据了举足轻重的地位。伴随民营企业的不断发展壮大，越来越多关 系其发展的管理问题也变得备受关注。作为企业管理的核心，搞好民营企业的财务管理 有其特殊的意义。实际上，财务管理水平跟不上企业发展需要已成为制约大部分民营企 业持续发展的重要因素。而且，由于中国的民营企业普遍存在着重销售、轻理财的现象 的特殊性，如何转变观念，切实做好本企业的财务管理工作，使其发挥应有的职能和作 用，对于民营企业实现健康稳健发展具有尤其的重要性。 本文首先阐明了文章的选题背景、研究的目的和意义、研究现状、主要内容及研究 方法等，然后对文章涉及的相关概念和理论进行了阐述，再力争立足于民营企业自身的 角度，对当前民营企业财务管理存在的问题和原因从筹资、投资、营运资金管理和分配 四个方面进行了梳理分析，并在此分析基础上提出相应的解决对策。最后华阳毛巾公司 的案例，是对文章理论分析和提出对策的实际应用。 本文研究方法主要采用了文献资料法和个案分析法。 关键词 民营企业 财务管理 筹资 投资 营运资金 分配 I Abstract Abstract With the development of economy, the private enterprises contribute greatly to advance of science and technology, produce work opportunity, increase external trade and so on.
