Burnout is an especially large influenza in the group of teachers, which not only has a large infected area, but also the extent of the infection that has a great threat to the teachers’ physical and mental health, the living quality, the construction of teacher teams, and also caused direct negative impacts to the education and the development of the students. This research in which 206 high school biology teachers in the 8 same level cities in Jilin Province have been surveyed through questionnaires, interviews and case analysis methods, displays the burnout status of high school biology teachers, compares the differences of the high school biology teachers’ burnout from the 11 aspects of the demographic variables, and also analyzes the causes.
