普通高中青年教师校本培训问题和对策研究.pdf

论文主要分四个部分展开研究： 第一部分：分析了选题缘由、目的与意义，对相关概念进行了界定。阐述了国内外校 本培训的相关理论、开展青年教师校本培训的理论及研究现状、校本培训在我国的发展、 概括了相关研究的成果及存在不足。 第二部分：通过问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式对广东省封开县普通高中青年教师校本 培训状况进行了实证分析。了解到青年教师队伍工作压力大、任务重、收入偏低；高学历 层次人数较少；参加继续教育存在较多的障碍。封开县普通高中青年教师校本培训虽然取 得了一定的成就，但也存在着以下问题：1、对青年教师校本培训缺乏深层次、前瞻性的 认识。2、缺乏青年教师校本培训需求调查，导致部分培训内容针对性不强。3、时间安排 不合理，青年教师可自由支配的专业发展时间有限，没有获得时间豁免权。4、师徒结对 方式效果不明显。5、经费保障、激励体制不完善。 针对青年教师专业发展的特点，用问卷及访谈的方式对他们理想中的校本培训进行了 调查，为对策的提出提供了依据。 第三部分：在调查的基础上，概述了封开县普通高中青年教师校本培训所取得的成就。 在理论上根据青年教师的发展阶段特点阐述了校本培训在青年教师专业发展过程中的作 用。 第四部分：根据封开县普通高中青年教师开展的校本情况的实际情况和存在问题，从 理念、实施过程、方式选择、保障激励机制等方面提出了完善青年教师校本培训对策。 关键词：普通高中；青年教师；校本培训问题；对策 Study Problems and Countermeasures of School—based Training for Young Teachers in Senior High School --Take Fengkai County, Guangdong as Example Candidate: Zhang Zhenwei Supervisor: Professor Lu Ning Specialty: Educational Management Research Area ：Educational Management Grade: 2007 Abstract At the background of further promoting new curriculum in senior high school and gradually popularizing senior secondary education, the group of young teachers as a special group, plays an important role in the reform and development of education.
