A b s tra c t L earn ing burnout is a psycholog ist research focu s areas, w h ich reflects the negative learn ing psycho logy of the students and m atters directly to the students learn ing quality. T he dom estic researchers focu s on the college and the m iddle school stu dent, therefore, th is stu dy w ill be the prim ary stu dent as the research object and learn m ore about the ex istence of the phenom enon of learn ing burnou t in prim ary schoo l. L earn ing burnout is a negative state, m ainly refers to the learner of low learn ing initiative, poor persistence, lack of learn ing m otivation , low learn ing personal accom p lishm ent, or even w ant to g ive up learn ing in the learn ing process. In th is research, learn ing burnout is defined as :students have a negative state of low self-fu lfillm ent and the depression, and m ake som e inappropriate escape learn ing b ehav ior, th is state is called learn ing burnout.P rim ary is the critical period of learning interest and behav ioral train ing.L earn ing burnout as a negative state,affect stu dents m ental health and reduce the learn ing efficiency. It im prove students self-esteem level, reduce the learn ing burnout, im prove learning efficiency an d im prove the m ental health by studying the relationship betw een bu rnou t a n d se lf-e ste e m . U sing L ikert scale design ing techn iques, th is study designs a learn ing burnou t questionnaire for prim ary students, w h ich is used in a survey of the statu s of learn ing bu rnou t am ong prim ary schoo l in T ianjin, and further analyzes the relationship betw een learn ing burnout and se lf-e stee m . T h e m a in c o n c lu sio n s are a s fo llo w s : (1)A single dim ension learn ing burnout questionnaire for prim ary school students is designed, w ith a total of 2 1 questions scored by L ikert 5-point.
