空腹血糖受损患者中医证候调查及其与实验室指标相关性分析 低密度脂蛋白值明显升高，肾阴亏损组低密度脂蛋白值最高，无症状组值最低且 多在正常范围。提示我们在中药辨证治疗基础上针对血脂升高者可以药物干预， 以改善空腹血糖调节阻止空腹血糖受损发展为糖尿病。 关键词：空腹血糖受损；中医证候；实验室指标；相关性 - 2 - Abstract The Study on the Distribution of TCM Syndrome in IGF and the Correlation between these TCM Syndrome in IGF and Laboratory Examinations Kou Songxu (Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicin e) Directed by F eng Z hihai Abstract Objective : to explore Distribution of TCM Syndrome in impaired fasting glucose(IGF) by clinical investigation, and analysis the Relationship between TCM syndrome in IGF and the general information and the Laboratory Examinations , and provide the basis for intervention and treatment in IFG. Methods : the Patients with IGF came from Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine , do the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) to rule out the object, ultimately incorporated into the 109 case studied. Hight, weight, waist circle and hip circle were measured, analysis the Distribution of TCM syndrome in IGF, analysisr elationship between TCM syndrome in IGF and age, Waist -hip ratio (WHR),Body Mass Index (MBI) ,Total cholesterol (TC),Triglyceride(TG), High density lipoprotein(HDL) , Low -density lipoprotein (LDL) and Uric acid(UA) . Results : In 109 cases syndromes of spleen hypofunction and dampness is the most (account for 34.8%).
