摘 要 本设计选用二段接触氧化法处理1200m3/d啤酒废水。原污水中各项指标为：BOD浓度为900mg/L,COD浓度为1800mg/L，SS浓度为400mg/L。要求处理后的排放水达到BOD=30mg/L、COD=100mg/L、SS=30mg/L。生物接触氧化法属于好氧生物膜法的一种，是在生物滤池的基础上，从接触曝气法改良演变而来的。它该工艺的特点是微生物量高，需在填料表面附着生长，填料可以是固定的，也可以处于不规则的浮动或游动之中。而废水则流动于填料的空隙中，与生物膜接触并进行生物氧化反应，另外它的耐冲击负荷能力强，不产生污泥膨胀现象，运行管理也较为方便。两组接触氧化池均采用底部进水，进气，废水和空气均从底部进入填料层，因而填料直接受到水流，气流的强烈搅动，加速了生物膜的脱落和更新，使其经常保持较高的活性，有利于废水中的有机物的氧化分解，由于水气上升速度相差悬殊，水受空气的搅动呈紊流状态，整个池处于完全混合态，空气泡在填料的空隙中充分搅动，加速了生物膜的更新，使新生的生物膜具有较高的活性。 关键词：二段接触氧化法，生物接触氧化，啤酒废水 ABSTRACT The designed volume of input water is 1200m3/d, regardless of the specified future development. The Various targets of influent are as follows: BOD 600mg/L, COD 1800mg/L, SS 400mg/L. The outlet are demanded to reach BOD=30mg/L, COD=100mg/L, SS=30mg/L.Bio-contact aerobic oxidation is a biofilm, in the biological filter on the basis of contact aeration method evolved from the improvements. The characteristics of this design are high biomass.Need to fill in the attached growth, fillers can be fixed, can at irregular among floating or swimming. And wastewater and liquid filling the gap, and biofilm contacts and biological oxidation reaction, strongly bearing the impact load, no the sludge inflating phenomenon, conveniently operation. The oxidize contact pond enters the water and air from bottom. The waste water and the air enter the padding from the base, thus the padding is intensely shaked by the water and air current directly, which accelerates the renewal of biomembrane, makes it to maintain a higher activity, and is advantageous to the organic matter oxygenolysis in the waste water. As the ascending velocity of water and air different, the water mixed by the air assumes turbulent, and the whole pond is in a complete mix condition.Air bubbles are fully mixed in the padding crevice, which has accelerated the biomembrane renewal, and enable the renewing biomembrane to a higher activeness.
