Yinxu yangkang type was the fewest syndromes during the acute period. The result verified that the pathological factors in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period are tan, yu, qixu syndromes, and the combination of feng and huo syndromes is the important form. These results argue that the complicated altering base of pathology lies in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period. 2.
