江苏省华航建设集团企业筹资风险分析及其防范 摘要：随着市场经济体制的确立，市场竞争越发激烈，企业要生存发展和不断完善，需要不断的扩大再生产，从而拓宽业务渠道，提升企业竞争实力，需要进行大量的资金投入，如何运用更多的筹资手段，就必须进行融资活动，以确保企业资金流顺畅，融资活动是中小企业资金管理最重要的环节。但是在企业融资问题上，作为建筑企业来说，由于诚信体系不健全，企业资信不高，筹资渠道单一等原因，造成融资难一直制约着建筑企业的生存和发展，建筑企业如何在公司经营和发展中拓宽融资渠道，解决融资难问题，有效防范筹资风险，已经是一个亟待解决的问题。本文通过江苏省华航建设集团企业（以下简称：华航建设集团）筹资风险现状进行分析研究，找出企业融资难的根源以及存在的问题，并提出相应的决解办法，为建筑企业健康发展提供可靠的理论研究依据。 关键词：华航建设集团；筹资；筹资风险 Jiangsu Province China Airlines construction group enterprise funding risk analysis and prevention Abstract：with market system of established, market competition more fierce, enterprise to survival development and constantly perfect, needs constantly of reproduction, thus widened business channel, upgrade Enterprise competition strength, needs for large of funds inputs, how using more of funding means, on must for financing activities, to ensure enterprise funds flow smooth, financing activities is SMEs funds management most important of links.
