苏州市区社会音乐教育现状调查与对策研究 中文摘要 苏州市区社会音乐教育现状调查与对策研究 中文摘要 本文通过分析相关文献资料，结合相关背景的探究，采用无记名调查问卷、实地 考察调研、访谈、交流听课等方法对苏州市区 8 所公办及民办机构的音乐教育现状进 行了调查和研究。包括：音乐师资、音乐教学设施的配备和使用、学生音乐学习及音 乐教学等情况进行全面调查与分析，结果发现，苏州市区社会音乐教育成绩显著：首 先表现在苏州市区社会音乐教育重视度高；苏州市区社会音乐办学力量雄厚；苏州市 区社会音乐教师整体学历较高，新进教师居多，加入社会音乐教育的新鲜力量不断庞 大。相对于取得的成绩，更应引起我们关注的是苏州市区社会音乐教育存在的问题： 社会音乐教育机构办学不规范；苏州市区社会音乐教育参与者心态功利；苏州市区社 会音乐教育师资良莠不齐；苏州市区社会音乐教育对象范围局限；苏州市区社会音乐 教育教材教法有待提高；苏州市区社会音乐教育与音乐文化脱节。针对以上不足，苏 州市区社会音乐教育应在以下几个方面做出努力：统一扎口，规范社会音乐教育机构 办学；明确音乐学习的本质，理性面对社会音乐教育；调整社会音乐师资引入方式、 健全师资培养机制；扩大教育范围，完善受教育者的年龄层次；深化社会音乐教育教 材教法改革；立足苏州文化，创新社会音乐教育。 关键词:苏州市区；社会音乐教育；现状 作 者：蔡梦云 指导教师：吴 磊 I Abstract Investigation on current situation and research the countermeasures of Social Music Education in SuZhou Investigation on current situation and research the countermeasures of Social Music Education in SuZhou Abstract This paper comprehensively investigates the current situation of music education for 8 public or private music-educational institutions in Suzhou in terms of their music faculties, music teaching facilities available and the use of those facilities, students’ music learning experience, music teaching and etc., through the analysis of relevant literature and the study of relevant background, and by means of anonymous questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation, interviews, exchange lecture. It is found that the social music education in Suzhou has made significant achievements. First of all, Suzhou society puts a lot of emphasis on music education and enjoys strong support for setting up music-educational institutions. Second, teachers in Suzhou have higher academic degrees in average, and then there are a large number of new teachers, who joined the increasingly large group of fresh forces for music education.
