PAGE  PAGE II 教学单位：文学与新闻传播学院 学生学号： 100124127 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 企业文化建设中“家文化”的落地思考 学生姓名： 涂倩 专业名称： 广告学（策划与创意方向） 指导教师： 胡新桥 2013年6月8日 企业文化建设中“家文化”的落地思考 内容摘要：在当今以金融、技术、信息为主导的知识经济时代，企业之间的激烈竞争实质上是企业文化之间的激烈竞争。企业文化对于企业的发展至关重要，它对企业的管理体制、决策指导思想、经营战略、管理方式等都有重要影响，从而对企业的兴衰起到决定性的作用。而我国大多数企业在企业文化建设中存在着盲目照搬西方文化，企业文化与实际脱节等诸多问题及误区。企业文化中国化是中国企业亟待解决的问题。“家文化”是中国文化的一大特色，植根于中国几千年的文化传统，涉及中国人生活的方方面面。“家文化”可以作为企业基础文化或母文化进行应用。为此，本课题从企业文化和中国传统“家文化”入手，探讨“家文化”在企业文化中的内部建设与整合传播，重点突出企业“家文化”如何落地的问题，帮助企业打造和谐家庭式的企业文化。 关键词：企业文化；家文化；文化建设 Practical Pondering Over the Construction of Enterprise Culture of Family Culture Abstract: In todays financial, technology, information-oriented era of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is the essence of the fierce competition between enterprise culture. The enterprise culture is essential for the development of enterprises . It has significant influence on enterprise management system, guiding ideology of decision-making, management strategy, management mode, thus plays a decisive role in enterprises prosperity . While the majority of enterprises in our country in the construction of enterprise culture has blindly copying western culture, the enterprise culture is divorced from reality and so many problems and misunderstanding. The enterprise culture in China is the urgent need to solve the problem of Chinese enterprises. Family culture is a major feature of Chinese culture, rooted in traditional Chinese culture for thousands of years, involving all aspects of Chinese life. Family culture can be used as basic culture or mother culture. Therefore, this paper stars from the enterprise culture and the Chinese traditional family culture , to probe into the Family culture ’s internal construction and integrated communication in the enterprise culture, and focused on how to put the enterprise’s family culture into practice .
