Abstract With the growing scale of higher education, the quality of higher education fails to improve at the same time,on the contrary, to some extent, education quality has fallen off . Therefore,whether students, parents or employers in the society, all questioned the quality of high education .It is monitoring that plays a very important role in coordinated development between the quantity and quality, and effective improvement of the quality of teaching. If you make the teaching quality increase steadily, it is hardly enough to rely solely on external monitoring of state, or society , as it is impossible for universities outside to monitor instantly all the factors and segments of schools teaching. Improving the quality of teaching, in final analysis, depends on all staff and students within universities, depends on their inner desire and positive action to improve the quality of education and teaching, and finally forming a scientific and effective internal control mechanism. In this paper, the author chooses the university as a subject in teaching quality control, that is, the teaching quality of internal control, it is not only the focus of attention in the theory of higher education, but also an important issue that urgently need solving in the current practice of university teaching management . This paper describes the background of teaching quality of internal control in our undergraduate education institutions, comparatives analysis of the research status in this study, and explains the purpose and significance of their research; then defines several related concepts of the quality of undergraduate education on internal control. This part starts from a detailed analysis of the quality, teaching quality, teaching quality monitoring and other connotation of the concept and describes the meaning of the quality of teaching on internal control, and finally makes a detailed description on the theo
