Abstract
Business negotiation refers to the different economic entities for their own economic interests and to meet each others needs, through communication, consultation, compromise, cooperation, strategy and other means, to determine possible business down the course of activities. With the rapid development of the global economy and the commercial exchanges become more frequent, business negotiation has become an enterprise to get market information, achieve economic goals, and create enterprise value and an important means and ways. Many factors contributed to the success of business negotiations, personal rituals as an important code of conduct, is the basic guarantee for the success of business negotiations and important link. With the development of human civilization, for personal etiquette definitions and requirements, but also more perfect.
