Abstract
0bjectiVe： to NMDA receptor antagonist MK一80l as drugs， the animal
model s of schi zophrenia，affect the changes induced by MK一801 through magic
Xiao huantang(XHT) spontaneous activity， to investigate the effects of
different dose of 1earning and memory behavior， and provide experimental
basis and clinical reference for clinical application of XHT．
Research methods： 60 SD mice were randomly divided into 6 groups，
respectiVely is the blank group，model group，risperidone group，XHT large
dose group， XHT mi ddle dose group， XHT l ow dose group．To adapt to the
enVironment after 3 day feeding animal test， blank control group with
intraperitoneal injection of normal saline， other groups with the
concentration of 0．072mg／kg MK一801(Sigma) injection intraperitoneal
injection line， 1 times／d continuous intraperitoneal injection of 14
day．XHT according to each ml containing crude drug O．7999／ml concentrated
l iquid． After the success of the model preparation， the beginning of
fifteenth，according to the amount of 10ml／kg／day solution，by gavage，mice
were oral ly giVen for 4 weeks．The normal group and the model group according
to body weight with same amount of normal saline．Independently of autonomic
actiVity test， passive avoidance test， step down test， MORRIS water maze
test， the open field test．
The research results：the model group compared with the blank group，
independent activity increased， with statistical difference (P0．05)：
experimental results showed：avoid dark XHT dose group and high dose group
compared with the blank group， the latency with statistical difference
(P0．05)．After modeling，model group in the outer ring and inner ring from
the fami l iar environment parade to platform and the platform of di stance
is extended compared with the blank group， there was very big differenryce
(P0．05)．After administration，XHT high dose group compar
