青岛农业大学硕士专业学位论文 紫锥菊颗粒剂对肉鸡免疫机能和生产性能的影 响及其对靶动物的安全性研究 摘要 本试验旨在筛选紫锥菊颗粒剂对肉鸡免疫增强作用的最佳临床用药剂量，并考察 紫锥菊颗粒对靶动物鸡的安全性。 试验选用10日龄体重相近鸡7687,，随机分为8组，每组设6个重复，每个重复16 只鸡。紫锥菊颗粒剂分别按0．30％、O．15％、0．10％和0．05％剂量饮水给药。紫锥菊颗粒 4个剂量组、紫锥菊口服液对照组、黄芪多糖口服液对照组分别于11．20日龄、25．34日 龄饮水给药。疫苗对照组与空白对照组饮用自来水。试验期35天。检测鸡血清新城疫 抗体效价、外周血淋巴细胞转化率和免疫器官指数，观察不同剂量紫锥菊颗粒对鸡临 床体征和生产性能的影响。试验结果表明： ①0．30％、0．15％、o．10％剂量的紫锥菊颗粒剂均能显著提高肉鸡血清新城疫抗体 效价(尸≮0．05)。 ②肉鸡生长前期(1．21日龄)，0．30％和0．15％剂量的紫锥菊颗粒剂可显著提高外周 血淋巴细胞转化率(尸0．05)，肉鸡生长后期(21．35 El龄)，0．30％、0。15％、0．10％、0．05％ 剂量均可显著提高外周血淋巴细胞转化率(P0．05)。 ③肉鸡免疫器官指数：0．30％、O．15％剂量紫锥菊颗粒可显著提高21日龄肉鸡的胸 腺指gt(eo．05)，脾脏指数和法氏囊指数各组间差异均不显著(PO。05)。35日龄免疫 器官指数无显著变化(PO．05)。 ④不同剂量紫锥菊颗粒对鸡临床体征无不良影响，所有试验鸡临床体征均无异常 ，试验鸡健康无病，生长发育正常。 ⑤各剂量紫锥菊颗粒(0．05％、0．10％、o．15％、0．30％)对肉鸡的生产性能指标( 采食量、日增重和料重比)无显著影响，说明紫锥菊颗粒剂对肉鸡生产性能无不良影 响。 结论：紫锥菊颗粒剂的临床使用剂量vT,O．30％和0．15％为佳，该剂量对鸡是安全的 关键词：紫锥菊颗粒剂；肉鸡；免疫机能；生产性能；安全性 万方数据 二f彳岛：氏业大学7硕士专业学位沦文 Effect of Echinacea purpurea root extracts particles on the broilers immune function and production performance and its safety to target animal Abstract The aim of this test was to select the optimal clinical dose of the Echinacea purpurea root extracts particles used to broilers for enhancing their immune function and its safety． 768 lOd broilers were divided into eight groups randomly with six replicates in each日oup，and 1 6 broilers per replicate．Echinacea purpurea root extracts particle Was researched in broilers via driIlk吨 water respectively at the dosage of0．30％，O．15％，0．10％and 0．05％．4 groups ofEchinacea purpurea root extracts particle，the control groups of Echinacea purpurea root oral liquid and Astragalus polysaccharide oral liquid were administrated drugs via drinking water during 1 1-20 days and 25-34 days．The trial lasted 35 days．Newcastle disease antibody titer of the broiler Serum，Peripheral blood lymphocyte conversion rate and index of immune organs were tested，and the effect of different doses of echinacea particles to clinical signs and production performance ofbroiler were observed．The results showed that：
