职务晋升的监督保障机制。建立健全切实可行的辅导员职称评定制 度:建立独立的辅导员职称评定体系;制定和完善辅导员学历提升计 划;鼓励引导辅导员开展科研工作;将辅导员工作实际纳入职称评定 范畴。以此来完善健全辅导员的职务晋升和职称评定工作,推动辅导 员职业价值观建设。 关键词:辅导员; 职业价值观; 发展前景 万方数据 ABSTRACT ”’Ihe CPC Central Committee and State Council on F、lrther Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education of opinions”(No.[2004]Document)states that,counselors,with the dual identity of teachers and cadres,are an important part of the teaching staff and management team of the institutions of higher education.Colleges and universities should make a sound establishment and gradual improvement of the incentive and guarantee mechanism for the promotion of the administrative ranks of counselors;also,they should establish and improve the series of professional titles of counselors in college and universities,which requests solving the employment issue of the counselors based on the reality of the professional team of the ideological and political education of the undergraduates in order to encourage and support the counselors to focus on their proper duties.As the comprehensive reform of higher education deepens constantly,the key role of counselors is highlighted.Thus,on the basis of the career development theory and identity theory,the research on the development prospect and vocational value of the counselors is not only of profound theoretical values but also remarkable practical significances. This study probes into how the development prospect of the counselors influences their vocational value based on the career development theory and identity theory.Combining the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis,it analyzes the promotion of the administrative ranks and the assessment of impact of the professional tkles on the counselors’professional purpose,professional attitude, professional sensibility and professional ethics by the questionnaire survey and intensive interview to the counselors.It makes a 万方数据 comprehensive and systematic study of the internal relationship of the d
