论文题目：ISO9000 族质量管理体系在民办中小学校的运用探索 研 究 生：丁德峰 年 级：2002 级 学科专业：教育硕士 研究方向：教育管理 中 文 摘 要 ISO9000族质量管理体系是学校管理的新方法。本文在介绍ISO9000族质量管理 体系基础和术语之后，把该质量管理体系在教育领域的运用情况、国外的成果与发展、 国内的运用与经验、理论界的不同见解、实践领域的大胆尝试做了比较具体的介绍， 然后就ISO9000族质量管理体系运用于民办中小学校的5个实践效果进行了阐述，并 对这种质量管理体系运用于民办中小学校的可行性进行了探析。接下来就对有效实施 该质量管理必须遵循的 “以顾客为关注焦点”“领导作用”“全员参与”“过程方法” “管理的系统方法”“持续改进”“基于事实的决策方法”“与供方互利的关系”等 8 项基本原则——质量管理体系的理论基础，做了理论与实践相结合的介绍。最后以学 校试验中经常遇到的 10 种典型问题以及相应的 5 项对策做了较有针对性的阐述，并 就建立符合我国国情、符合教育规律的教育质量认证标准体系与认证机构提出了新的 见解，对民办中小学校管理者研究学校质量管理具有启迪作用。 关键词：ISO9000 族质量管理体系; 民办中小学校 ; 运用探索 2 Title: Research on the Application of ISO9000 Quality Management System Standards in Private School Grade: 2002 Speciality: Master of Education Major: Management of Education Abstract The system of ISO9000 quality management is a new method for school administration. First the passage explains the base and term of the system of ISO9000 quality management, then concretely introduces the utilization of the system in the filed of education, the achviments and developments in the foreign countries, the use and the experiences in interior of our country, the different views in theoretic circles and the daring tries in the practical activities. And the passage also expounds the five results by utilizating the system in running private school and analyzes the feasibility of the system in the private school. After that, it introduces eight principles that are the basic theories of the quality management system--focusing on the customers, the power of the leaders, the participation of all facilities, the ways of the procedure, systemic methods of management, continually improvement, the ways in policy decision based on facts, mutual benefits with suppliers , which combines theory with practice. Finally, the author specifically sets forth five typical problems and relevant solutions that met in his school.
